WHO WE ARE
ONT-UK is an Overseas Nurses Training provider based in the UK. We strive for excellence through education, learning and development for overseas nurses, to improve patients’ experiences. This is achieved by asking what is required, via a training needs questionnaire. Keeping abreast of any new trends and developments, we liaise with NHS organisations, and other educational establishments.
Courses are developed and delivered at different levels by using various learning styles, which address individual requirements. Our training team are all experienced specialist nursing clinical expert with a passion for training and development.
WHAT WE DO
We pride our self in the quality and standard of all our training courses/workshops. This is achieved by ensuring ALL training is only delivered by trainers who are specialists in the topic/area of work.
We work as a team to develop our evidence based training programmes with mechanisms in place for continual evaluation. All new skills training is competency based ensuring all attendees reach an appropriate standard and are safe to practice with evidence to demonstrate this. With our unique team we are able to support our learners to achieve their potential.
